He takes after his dad. He lays around all day, sleeps a lot, eats constantly, and is gaining weight. Occasionally he will open his eyes and stretch his arms... like me occasionally getting up to fetch the remote or get something to drink. Carol has managed to bring home Mounds candy bars, Oreo Double Stuff cookies, and 5 boxes of Fruit Roll-ups yesterday - My Favorite!!! I'm going to be leaving Camp Carol weighing 300 lbs.
Aiden is doing great. Lisa has been doing kangaroo care every day. The doctors have been able to wean down some of the ventilator settings. He still has oxygen saturation issues every once in a while. Most of the time he recovers on his own.
There are no planned changes in his care. He's got a long way to go, but he seems to be on the upswing.
