Sunday, February 1, 2009 - Let it Snow

Aiden is growing so quickly and changing before our eyes. He is 7 1/2 months old and weighs 12lbs - 10oz. The heart rate and respiratory monitor was removed this past Friday. He is now free from all drugs and medical equipment for the first time.

Aiden smiles a lot more now and has begun to giggle occasionally. Mom and Dad enjoy trying to get the giggles out of him. Aiden also has started paying attention to his toys and grabs on to them. His favorite thing is to have us carry him around the house.

Here is Aiden after bath time, cuddling with Mommy:

Here is Aiden watching the basketball game nursing on his favorite drink:

We survived the snow storm. Luckily we didn't lose power, but we did lose a few trees and limbs. We did take Aiden out in the snow for the first time. He slept through his first sledding experience. Maybe he is ready to step it up to ski some black diamonds.

I hope everyone is doing well. Stay warm and enjoy the snow!

Aiden has his next eye appointment tomorrow. Keep Aiden your prayers.
