Aiden is at 36 weeks gestation. He weighed 5 lbs - 11oz on Monday and was really swollen from fluid build-up. After the doctors put him back on diuretic medicine, our little Oompa Loompa pooped and peed all day and dropped down to 5lbs - 8oz. He started feeling much better this afternoon.
He hasn't taken a bottle these past two days. Nurse Alice thought that he wasn't feeling very well due to the fluid build up. Lisa is going to try the bottle tomorrow.
Aiden was a little camera shy today....

Now every time I hear the OOMPA LOOMPA Song I'll think of Aiden :) I hope he is still feeling better, and that the docs get the Fluid built up under control.
One Day at a time thats what I said in my NICU experiance, He's come along way and he'll soon be home keeping mommy and daddy on their toes instead of the nurses lol

Hey there - Brad T. just filled me in on all of this. I have been reading through the posts and been moved from tears, to smiles, to saying, "How cute is Aiden?!?!!!" He is SO CUTE! You have one more person on your team praying for him (and you and Lisa, too =).
